Jake Lloyd

Jake, 23, graduated from Albion College (MI). He majored in American Studies and minored in journalism. His goal now is to become a professional sports writer. Jake spent his entire childhood in Ann Arbor, Mich., following the University of Michigan football and basketball teams. Although he loved playing sports, Jake decided not to play in high school, which is where he developed his affinity for sports journalism. At Albion, Jake worked for the school paper his first three years as sports editor and was also editor-in-chief for two semesters. He spent the 2006 fall semester in Sydney, Australia, writing articles as an intern for the Sydney Uni Sport Web site. Jake is currently a sport reporter for the Jackson Citizen Patriot, a daily newspaper. Jake can be reached at jbl10@albion.edu.
